Scope and operator
Instadyn LLC operates the OwnPact informational website. This policy covers visits to this site and messages you send to support@instadyn.com. The OwnPact app will publish its own privacy policy with the app.
Website information
This website does not accept document uploads, create user accounts or process payments. Its code does not add behavioral analytics, advertising, session replay or third-party video embeds. Images are hosted with the site.
Hosting and communications
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process request metadata such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and security events to deliver and protect the website. If you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to include to answer your inquiry.
Retention and requests
We keep correspondence as needed to handle the inquiry and meet applicable obligations. Email support@instadyn.com to request access, correction or deletion of your correspondence. We may verify ownership and explain any retention exceptions. Provider-specific practices may differ.
The planned application
The product is designed around three places your information can live: a private local vault on your device, temporary storage for active signing requests, and an optional workspace for copies you deliberately publish or connect through supported AI tools. Local files are never uploaded automatically. Workspace copies are processed so they can be searched and reused, and they can be deleted at any time. Signing in on a new device restores your account and your workspace copies; local-only files need a backup or device transfer. Actual data flows, providers, retention and account controls must be verified before launch. Do not send private documents to this site or by support email.
