What to include
Tell us your question or, when using a released build, the app version, device/browser and any error code. Do not send private documents, signatures, passwords, payment details or recipient information.
Product guidance
Local signing, remote delivery, backups and purchase restoration will have version-specific help when released. Recipient signing is designed to work without an account.
